In these Terms, "kuk9", "Platform", or "we" refers to the online betting and casino service operating at the kuk9.lat domain. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any visitor, registered or unregistered, on the platform.

kuk9 is a secure and reliable online entertainment platform providing sports betting, casino games, and live gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates with SSL encryption and ensures fair play.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest update date will be shown at the top of this page.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on kuk9, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request a national ID card or relevant documents for age verification at any time. If you register with false information, your account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be cancelled. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person may be identified based on the same IP address, device, or payment method.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. If any information changes, update it on the platform promptly or contact support.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login password confidential. You are also responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify customer support immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kuk9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, identity verification or a security review may cause this to take longer.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on kuk9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kuk9 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus may only be claimed once — reclaiming it using multiple accounts or identities is prohibited.
• Bonuses are not transferable to third parties.
• kuk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected (e.g. arbitrage betting, coordinated betting), the bonus will be cancelled.
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits

kuk9 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving up to a higher tier increases your weekly cashback — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% weekly cashback at Diamond. The criteria for advancing VIP tiers depend on activity.

5.1 General Betting Conditions

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. If a technical error causes a bet to be accepted at unauthorised odds, kuk9 reserves the right to void that bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Official data from the relevant sports governing bodies is used to determine market outcomes. In disputed cases, kuk9's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Casino Games

kuk9's casino section features games from various leading providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. All games are operated on a provably fair play basis.

5.4 System Errors

If a software or hardware fault makes the result of any game unreliable, kuk9 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. kuk9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors.

5.5 Unauthorised Strategies

Arbitrage betting, use of bots, running scripts, or gaining an advantage through any automated method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuk9 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Fraudulent payments or abuse of the chargeback process.
• Hacking, spreading viruses, or attempting to breach the site's security.
• Using the site with the intent to harm third parties.
• Creating multiple accounts or committing bonus fraud.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any event or game.

If any of the above violations occur, kuk9 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and take legal action where applicable.

7.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending wagering requirements must be completed before closure. After a closure request is submitted, any remaining balance will be returned via the standard withdrawal method.

7.2 Suspension at kuk9's Initiative

kuk9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or security-related reasons. During suspension, both withdrawals and deposits will be unavailable.
